Title- General Labor/Forklift-Industrial
Location- HAMPTON, IA
Shift timing- Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm plus overtime as needed.

Duration- 2 months duration

Job responsibilities-

• * 2 sets of clothing including undergarments to be worn under work coveralls and kept at plant to be laundered.
• *will need to bring lunch as they can’t leave plant on breaks.

**Working on production line putting jugs on line, making boxes, heavy lifting up to 50 pounds but not constant heavy lifting. Working in temperature controlled environments, if cold outside it is warm inside.**

“This job centers around general labor which may include housekeeping, running equipment, using a forklift, repeatedly lifting up to 50 pounds, and anything else assigned to you. The work environment may be dusty/dirty and require bending, stooping, and twisting.”
Must be able to follow direction & perform repetitive production activities. All training and instructions typically given on the job. Proficiency is attained in a short time on the job.
Skill: Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds. Basic Math. Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and in group situations. POSITIONS REQUIRES POWERED INDUSTRIAL TRUCK OPERATION. Ability to pass powered industrial trucks training test. Ability to work on feet for prolonged periods of time in a fast paced environment. Ability to follow instruction.

Knowledge: Knowledge and compliance of all safety guidelines. Knowledge of basic math, counting, computer skills, etc. May occasionally use company computer equipment & systems.
Education: high school diploma or equivalent Steel Toed Shoes Required.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
